I’m a wife, a mother of two, a writer and editor, a binger of Netflix and a lover of pizza. 


I’m also passionate about helping women going through transition reconnect with their inner spark.

 

As women, our strength comes from our compassion and our willingness to give to others, but it can often leave us feeling depleted and without direction.


This is especially true during time of transition: having a new baby, retirement, divorce, or children moving out of the house.


I use yoga and mindfulness to help you find your sense of play and reconnect with your passions, both on and off the mat.


I love seeing a soft smile hit the lips of a new mother when she’s finally had a chance to catch her breath. I’m not sure if there’s anything better than when an empty nester unlocks a new pose and finds the answer to: What’s next?


I don’t consider myself an expert in yoga and wellness, but I am always happy to share what I learn. I’ve taught dozens of workshops to hundreds of students who like my clarity, honesty and humour.
